Shipping Process
- Orders will be packed and shipped within 1 week of being placed
- Email confirmation will be sent with a tracking number
- Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days
- Orders are shipped from Houston, TX
- Expect delays during holidays
- Once orders are marked as shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
- If package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the shipping company
Store Policy
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- No cancellation is accepted
- Orders with incorrect addresses will be refunded
- In case of item(s) being shipped and returned due to wrong address, customer will be charged a return fee
